This took a few seconds to find with a basic Google search, surely with more effort and testing, one could verify stability on Android. RPG Maker MV stuff can be exported to many platforms, just do your research 😋

Realm of Pixel is running Mobile Ads with art and gameplay from this game. Hopefully the creator gets informed and can do something about it
